Used to be fair service, but now roughly 50% of my packages that are handled by USPS either get "lost" or delivered to a different house. Our neighborhood has it so bad with USPS, we have a thread on facebook dedicated to reporting the missing or mis-delivered packages in an effort to actually get them to the right house. UPS and FexEx have no such trouble here, it is solely USPS that routinely fails to deliver.
Horrible customer service! I've been in Huffman for 20 years and never been treated this way as I was today by a lady named Ida she was the only one working behind the counter she is a very rude person. Needs customer service training!
They deliver a package to my house and sinces it's big the they couldn't fit on the mail and most of the time they leave a pink piece of paper so you can go pick it up from the post offices. This time they didn't they throw it over the fence the lady saw my dogs standing on the gate waiting for her to drop the package went she let go the package my dogs start bitting off the box until they got it out n rip all my paper work from college for my classes.. went I went to talk to the manager she start been rude and she didn't believe us what her worker did we shower the video and they still didn't admit it.. we have to buy everything again.. services here in Huffman it's bad and most of the time they are really rude
Lost my son's birthday present! No help at all
If I have to keep redelivering mail that was wrongly placed in my box, I am going to start making them pay me! I even taped a sign to the front of my box saying THIS IS NOT (recurring address that i keep getting)! THIS BOX BELONGS TO (my address). And I am STILL getting the other persons mail. Makes me wonder who gets MY mail! I gave 2 stars because I like the people working the desk.
